Whitewater Triathlon is a specialty service of our Sport Performance Department. Just like all our programs, each client will recieve a personalized Whitewater Fitness Manual which serves as a training and nutrition guide. Everyone needs a specialized program. Endurance athletes are no exception. We will take your training to the next level. Our conditioning and nutrition tips are essential to improving endurance, speed, and race execution. We have experience working with Triathletes ranging from the beginner hoping to finish their first Mini-TRI to the elite athlete training for an Ironman.
